Our inspections cover all major systems and components of your home and you can expect your inspection to include:

• Structural Systems 

This includes foundation, grading and drainage, basements, walkways, and floor, and wall and ceiling structures.

• Roofing

This includes roof coverings, flashings, drainage systems,  skylights, and roof penetrations.

• Electrical Systems

This includes service entrance, panels, branch circuits and connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and ensuring your outlets are GFCI protected.

• Plumbing

This includes fixtures & faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste & vent systems, water heater, and any flues present.

• Heating & Cooling (HVAC)

Heating & cooling equipment, ductwork, vents, and flues.

• Built In Appliances 

This includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, range or oven, cooktop, microwave, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door opener, and any other built in appliance.

Our reports are easy to read and include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues found during the inspection. We also provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance suggestions meant to educate the buyer about the systems and components in their new home!
